Return Policy

Ideally, we would never need to process a return, as we love our products and strive to ensure our customers always adore their products as well. However, sometimes issues arise. If you encounter a problem with your product, please reach out to us to see if we can help. If a return is necessary, you can find the relevant information below.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since you received your purchase, we regrettably do not offer a refund, but you may still be eligible for a resize or exchange. If an issue is believed to arise due to a manufacturing defect, please refer to our warranty information below.

 

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. This includes refraining from using the product in any photos, of any kind, or during any ceremony or occasion. Much like most brides would not want to purchase a used wedding dress, we feel the same way about our rings and other jewelry.

 

Since our jewelry products are handcrafted to order, all returns are subject to a restocking fee proportional to 50% of the purchasing price, excluding discounts.

 

Restocking fees for any product that includes precious metal commodities, such as gold or silver, can fluctuate with the market and the type of product you ordered. For example, a size 5, 22-karat women's band will have a smaller fee than a size twelve, 22-karat men's band, simply because of the amount of gold used to create the ring.

 

Please note: All shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed (minus the restocking fee), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific number of days, depending on the payment method and the payment provider's standards.

 

If your refund has not been processed within a week, please contact us.

 

Warranty Information

Jewelry Limited Lifetime Warranty:

Free replacement of a product that is damaged beyond repair due to a defect in craftsmanship. One free resize (if possible) per item, or exchange per product, or per ring for customers who have used our ring sizer AND notify us within 7 days of receiving your product.

 

Products including precious metals such as Gold or Silver: Customer is responsible for paying for any costs associated with resizing, exchanging, or replacing products made from precious metal.

 

What is not covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty?

  • Loss of the product

  • Changes in size needed due to hand swelling or weight gain, etc.

  • Cracks, scratches or breaks due to impact or abrasion.

  • Damage due to misuse or otherwise not due to a manufacturing defect.

  • Exposure to harsh Chemicals (Including, but not limited to: chlorine, adhesives, salt water, acetone, overexposure to hand sanitizer, etc.)

  • Damage due to lack of maintenance.

  • Damage to metal components, such as ring scuffs, etc. is not covered.

 

How do I know if my issue will be covered?

What if my product's issue is not covered by the warranty?
