First and foremost, thank you for shopping at Ervin & M. If you’re reading this, you likely purchased one of our handmade jewelry products, or our apparel, or effects. If so, please refer to these terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Policy & Shipment Processing Time

All of our products hosted in our store are meticulously prepared and our aim is to fulfill your orders in the fastest possible time.

Made to Order Jewelry

All of our jewelry is made to order, one of one, just for you. The turnaround time on the order creation can be anywhere from 4-8 weeks. This can change at any time with order volume, material supplier handling, etc. Our current turnaround time and estimated ship date will be sent to you via email once your order is placed. You will also be notified when your product has shipped and will be provided a tracking number. For optimal value & reliability we use USPS as our courier.

Made to Order Apparel & Home & Travel Accessories

These products, like our jewelry, are made to order, one by one, just for you. The processing and shipping time for most products can range from 3-7 business days, while more complicated designs and products may take up to 30 days to create, pack and mail. Apparel and Home & Travel Accessory orders will be shipped when all individual items are fulfilled, and will ship separately from jewelry products. We aim to deliver these products with the shortest possible turnaround time, however some factors, such as availability of materials, specific printing techniques, quality control, and product suppliers are what may largely inflate these ranges.

When you spend over $99.99 with us online, this shipping option is included free of charge.
Post processing, as described above, USPS estimates a delivery time of approximately 2-5 business days.

Other Important Shipping Notes:

If an item is in-stock, it will be processed and mailed within 72 hours. Typically we ship within 24 hours.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates & delivery times are estimates.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please allow for an additional 5-7 days during the holiday season.
We ship to addresses within the U.S.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Ervin & M, LLC. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Ervin & M, LLC. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible if there’s an issue with your product not arriving safely or on time.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the carrier.
